Moths

What comes to mind when you think of moths? Brown, not so pretty bugs that fly around lights at night? In actuality, moths come in lots of different colors and even the caterpillars can be pretty unique. Moths are every bit as important as butterflies when it comes to pollination; moths just do all their work at night. Some plants are more fragrant at night so as to attract the moths. Light colored flowers, especially white, are very attractive to moths cause they’re easier to see at night.

This article about National Moth Week has pics of beautiful moths and caterpillars.
