All these types of good bugs live here in NOLA. They eat the bad bugs, i.e., aphids, mites, scale, etc., that we dread seeing in our gardens. Unfortunately, the majority of pesticides kill the good bugs along with the bad bugs. So the best thing to do when bad bugs invade is take a deep breath, don’t reach for the chemicals, and give the good bugs a chance to come into your garden and do their job killing the bad bugs. Trust me … the good bugs will do their job.
